Dear Colleagues,

As you already know, especially through having given such precise and relevant answers to the series of questionnaires we sent to you on 20 April (answers for which we greatly thank you !), the Belgian House of Representatives and the Belgian Senate will be the venue for a seminar on

Parliament & Judiciary,

that will take place on 8 and 9 November 2007.

It is an honour and a pleasure for us to invite you now to this event.

Of course, we shall be happy to welcome anyone who wants to participate, but we must point out that, owing to the specificity and technicality of the subjects that will be debated, the seminar is primarily intended for officials with a legal background.

In order to give you the best opportunity to arrange for taking part or delegating some of your colleagues, we have appended hereto :

• the programme of the seminar ;
• the registration form ;
• a reservation form for each of the hotels amongst which we suggest you to make a choice (please note that these hotels are located at about 5 minutes walking distance from the Parliament).

We hope and expect that we shall have the pleasure of meeting a great number of you and your colleagues at the seminar and we believe that the quality of the answers we received is a solid token that debates will be fruitful.
